In 2001, Success By 6 initiated a series of community forums to collaborate on designing a community wide system for measuring school readiness.  This system has developed in tandem with a system being developed by a State of Kansas inter-agency task force.  Out of this collaboration the State of Kansas has produced A Draft Framework for School Readiness.
